YuSu (雨粟) Input Method ("the Software") is developed and operated by SafeX Inc., a non-profit organization based in New York, USA, built on open-source content. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Software.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your own devices. Certain components of the Software are built on open-source projects and are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

The name, logo, interface design, and non-open-source code of the Software are owned by SafeX Inc. or their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. Personal dictionary content you input or create belongs to you.
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software is error-free, uninterrupted, or meets all of your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of or inability to use the Software. As the Software is provided free of charge by a non-profit organization, our aggregate liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
The Software may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as KeyLockr cloud sync). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and publish the update on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the relevant services at any time. You may also stop using and uninstall the Software at any time. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
Informal Resolution. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at infosafex.cloud and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Software that is not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in a court of law. The arbitration shall be seated in Orange County, New York, and judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class Action Waiver. You and SafeX Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any class or representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and SafeX Inc. waive any constitutional or statutory right to sue in court and to have a trial before a judge or jury, electing instead that all disputes be resolved by arbitration as set out above.
Severability. If the Class Action Waiver above is found unenforceable as to any claim, that particular claim shall be severed and adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, New York, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
